Are you feeling Lonely?

Dearest Blog,
I'm tremendously sorry about not keeping my promise to post daily.I really feel sad and helpless.I was working on the dance which my group rocked yesterday and there are no gains without pain.I used to get completely exhausted by the time I reached a source of internet and as per half of the promise to you and the readers,I would never post anything just for the sake of it.I will never write anything that has not come out of my heart.So my apologies.N here we begin again by the new promise of posting genuinely.

Dearest Readers,
Its the weekend again.. so what are your plans?Actually,weekends are not that happening as they are portrayed in movies and books.Weekends mostly constitute of cleaning,washing n sleeping the whole week's share.
This particular weekend I am feeling a bit down.A bit not-the-usual-jolly-me.Depressed?NO.Suicidal?NOT AT ALL.Just plain Sad?Yes probably.And lonely.Oh yes.

At some point or the other in a week or in a day or mostly evenings or surely at night between 12am-2am we all tend to feel lonely.Loneliness can come out of many a things combined.Its maybe because you are missing your parents if you are away from them or maybe its someone else.
As I was researching for this post I found that lots n lots of research has been done on this topic.People have written international papers too!Astonishing right?So it means that 3 out of every 10 people in the world are going through the same emotion as you n currently me are!This actually made me feel better because I wasn't the only one who was feeling lonely. :D
So coming back.. another cause of loneliness is rejection.From anyone.Need not be your crush... it maybe your professor,colleague,your maid :D basically anyone who said a NO to you in your face.Loneliness also comes from constant fights,disrespect,lack of attention towards you and your opinions,ignorance and lastly being surrounded by individuals having way different tastes of everything from you.

Lonely feeling comes and stays for long I feel.But we need to find out its cause as soon as possible.Like love,even this feeling is a slow poison.If you allow it to stay long with you it really enters your heart n brain damaging the whole system n then even if your life is perfect you feel that it is raining only on you n start criticising,nagging,cribbing about smallest of things.You make yourself REAL lonely and start believing that you have some major issues in your life.Never do that.

I was feeling lonely till the previous moment but then these are the things I do to fight back this little monster.
1)Take a reality check of how lonely you are really!
You have your parents and one true friend with you-Not lonely at all.
You have only your parents with you-No.Not lonely yet.
You don't have your parent's support + no true friend-Watch the company you keep and your behaviour too.Maybe a bit lonely.
2)EAT.n by eat I mean everything.The one who will call you fat.Eat them too.Biryani,Pizza,Chicken,Chocolate,Ice-cream,Chinese..anything you like.Get out of the house now.Go.You have my full permission.
3)Meet up or call a real supporter or a fan of yours.(The ones that give you an ego boost.You know they lie but today its ok.You need a dose.)
4)Take rest n sleep for flat 4-5 hours.This does help.A lot.You can wake up sorted.
5)And of course which everyone of us does.Earphones on and bring on the Tomorrowland or trance or whatever is your cup of tea.Or watch a movie.

I did all of this.N here I am again cheerful and happy and ready to take on life.Bring it on baby!!

  1. Brilliant ways are expressed to avoid loneliness.
    This time 12 am to 2 am you can give it for introspection.Talk to yourself about feature plans. Talk with your soul for betterment of yourself. Meditation may help for sorting of thoughts. Off course , this are my own ways of utilizing loneliness for self development.
